With a wealth of knowledge spanning 4 decades, Peter has expertise in Surveying and Town Planning. Peter is a Consulting Cadastral Surveyor registered with the Surveyors' Board of Queensland. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his cycling buddies, and of course, his children and grandchildren.
Liam was born and raised in the industry and has learned from the best. But before returning to University to obtain his Masters in Urban and Regional Planning, Liam was a Secondary School teacher here in Australia and abroad. Liam's skills are diverse, from Urban / CAD Design, Property and Survey Related Matters, Town Planning and more. Outside of work Liam enjoys going to the gym, spending quality time with his young children, travelling and relaxing.
Shaun is an expert in Cadastral Surveying. With more than 3 decades of Survey Experience under his belt, he can carry out high quality survey work anywhere in Queensland. In his spare time, Shaun enjoys watching Rugby League (Up the Broncos!) and playing touch football.
Adam brings with him a wealth of experience from a variety of Survey Firms big and small within Queensland. He has a range of skills in Cadastral Survey, Contour and Detail Surveys, Construction Control and As Constructed Survey. Outside of work, Adam spends his time with family, travelling or playing golf.
Raymond is our Senior Town Planner at Baird & Hayes, starting with the firm before completing his university degree. With great skills in research, communication and team leadership, Raymond works hard to coordinate the Town Planning matters in the office. Recently, Raymond has taken on learning AutoCad to contribute further to our Urban Design team. When not at work, Raymond spends time with his friends and family, eating at restaurants, hiking, and playing badminton.
Lucy started with Baird & Hayes as a Student Town Planner and after graduating, was offered a position as a Town Planner. Lucy is a great communicator and has a high attention for detail in research and report writing. When not a work, Lucy enjoys spending time with friends and family, and travelling.
Lisa has worked for Baird & Hayes for over 30 years. The experience that Lisa has is irreplaceable. Titles and Tenure, Town Planning and Surveying Searches, Development Compliance...you name it, Lisa knows it. Outside of work, Lisa loves spending time with her husband and pet dog, and most importantly...playing golf!
Tinh is a highly respectful and self driven technical assistant at Baird & Hayes with qualifications in Town Planning. With a range of skills and knowledge in Development Applications, Survey Records Searches, and Development Compliance, Tinh is an integral part of the team. Outside of work, Tinh enjoys going for walks around his neighbourhood, and spending quality time with family and friends.
As a Student Town Planner, Nick is learning quickly about Surveying, Town Planning and all things Development and Property! With an interest in AutoCad, and developing knowledge in Town Planning Searches, Nick is an asset to the team even without a degree! Nick enjoys travelling (skiing!), Aussie Rules, Cricket and spending time with friends and family.
